كما انفصلت الدول الآسيوية ذات الصبغة الإسلامية عن الاتحاد السوفياتي من مثل: أوزبكستان وتركمانستان وأذربيجان إلخ، وشكلت دولا مستقلة بعد أن عادت إلى كيانها القومي، وتركت المنهجية الاشتراكية الشيوعية، واتبعت المنهجية الرأسمالية الليبرالية في كل ما يتعلق بالنظم الفكرية والاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية إلخ.

إن انتصار المعسكر الرأسمالي على المعسكر الشيوعي، وتفكيك دوله، جعل بعض كتاب الغرب يطلقون شعارات نشوة الانتصار، من مثل مقولة "نهاية التاريخ" التي أطلقها فوكويوما المفكر الأميركي ذو الأصل الياباني، وجعلهم يقولون إن الرأسمالية والليبرالية هما قدر البشرية، وإن عليها أن تستسلم لمنظومة القيم الغربية وترضخ لها.

بعد أن تفكك الاتحاد السوفياتي، وانزاحت الشيوعية عن مسرح التاريخ، بدأ توجه المعسكر الغربي الذي تقوده أميركا إلى الإسلام والعالم الإسلامي، فهو الوحيد الذي بقي خارج التطويع، والذي يجب أن يساق إلى بيت الطاعة.

ومن الجدير بالذكر أن كل محاولات تطويع الإسلام التي كانت بعد الحرب العالمية الأولى على يد الأحزاب والجماعات والشخصيات ذات التوجه العلماني الرأسمالي الليبرالي القومي من أجل توليد "إسلام غربي"، والتي قادها مفكرون بارزون من أمثال: ساطع الحصري، وميشيل عفلق، وشبلي شميل، وأنطون فرح، وقسطنطين زريق، وطه حسين، وعلي عبد الرازق، وعباس محمود العقاد، وأحمد لطفي السيد، وسلامة موسى.. لم تفلح في تحقيق هذا الهدف، بل جاءت الصحوة الإسلامية في السبعينيات لتؤكد فشل هذه المحاولة وتؤكد عمق ارتباط الأمة بدينها وقيمها ومثلها وتاريخها ومبادئها.

وهنا لجأت أميركا إلى مبدأ "الفوضى الخلاقة" لتستخدمه في تطويع الإسلام، وتوليد "إسلام غربي" عن طريق ثلاث أدوات:

الأداة الأولى: القاعدة التي تطورت وأصبحت "جبهة النصرة" و"داعش" (تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية) في مرحلة لاحقة.

الأداة الثانية: إيران من خلال "مشروع ملالي إيران" الذي يسعى إلى تغيير بنية الأمة الإسلامية، وتركيبتها التاريخية.

الأداة الثالثة: إسرائيل من خلال تطلعات المشروع الصهيوني إلى تحقيق "إسرائيل الكبرى" أو "إسرائيل العظمى".

وسنلقي الضوء على كل أداة من الأدوات السابقة، ثم سنوضح كيف يمكن أن يؤدي ذلك إلى تطويع الإسلام، وتوليد "إسلام غربي".

الأداة الأولى: القاعدة
لقد جاءت "القاعدة" حصيلة تفاعل عدة أطراف إسلامية في ساحة الجهاد الأفغاني وأبرزها: "تنظيم الجهاد" بقيادة أيمن الظواهري، وتنظيم "القاعدة" بقيادة أسامة بن لادن، وكان مبدأ "الجهاد" هو العامل المشترك البارز في اللقاء بينهما.

من الواضح أن عناصر "القاعدة" يمتلكون حماسا عاليا، وعاطفة جياشة، واستعدادا للتضحية، لكن القيادة تمتلك -إلى جانب ذلك- وعيا متدنيا للإسلام والعصر، ويمكن أن يتأكد ذلك الحكم من خلال القراءة المتفحصة لأبرز كتابين صدرا عنها وهما: "إدارة التوحش" و"إعلام الأنام بقيام دولة الإسلام" واللذين كتبتُ عنهما دراستين نشرتهما الجزيرة نت في وقت سابق.

"تريد أميركا أن يستمر التقاتل بين الأطراف العربية والإسلامية بشكل مباشر وبأيد محلية، ويحدث التدمير، وتسيل أنهار الدماء، لكي تتعمق العداوات والفجوات بين مختلف الأطراف العربية والإسلامية، ولكي يتعب الجميع في النهاية"

ومن المؤكد أن تنظيم "القاعدة" مخترق من عدة جهات أبرزها: أميركا وإيران وسوريا وبقايا نظام صدام حسين، وقد أدى هذان العاملان: الوعي المتدني للقيادة من جهة، والاختراق من جهة ثانية، إلى أن تخدم أفعال "القاعدة" البرامج المعادية للإسلام.

ولم يستفد الإسلام والمسلمون من أي عمل من أعمال القاعدة في كل الساحات التي يعمل فيها "تنظيم القاعدة" بدءا من أفغانستان، مرورا بالصومال والعراق وسوريا والجزائر، وانتهاء بأوروبا وأميركا، بل كانت كل أعمالها وبالا على الأمة.

الأداة الثانية: "المشروع الإيراني"
ثبت أن "ملالي إيران" يتطلعون إلى قيادة الأمة الإسلامية بعد تغيير بنيتها التاريخية من "أمة إسلامية" إلى "أمة شيعية"، وهم في سبيل تحقيق أوهامهم المريضة نفذوا "المشروع" الذي رسمه الخميني منذ عام 1979، والذي قام على التواصل مع الطوائف الشيعية في كل أنحاء العالم، وتفعيلها من خلال مدّها بالمال والكتب والنشرات، ودفعها إلى إعلاء صوتها والدعوة إلى المذهب الشيعي، وجعلها تتصادم مع أهل السنة المحيطين بها، ومدها بالسلاح إن احتاج الأمر كما حدث في لبنان والعراق واليمن وسوريا.

وقد أدى هذا التواصل المستمر من "ملالي إيران" مع الطوائف الشيعية إلى أن يسيطر "المشروع الإيراني" على أربع عواصم عربية هي: بغداد ودمشق وبيروت وصنعاء، وما زال يتطلع إلى المزيد من الانتشار والتوسع والسيطرة.

وليس من شك في أن "الفوضى الخلاقة" كان لها دور كبير في تحقيق تقدم مستمر في "المشروع الإيراني" وأبرز إنجاز هو تقديم العراق لإيران على طبق من ذهب كما ذكر الأخضر الإبراهيمي في إحدى مقابلاته.

ثم خطا "المشروع الإيراني" خطوة متقدمة فهادن أميركا في نقطة التصادم الرئيسية بينهما وهي الملف "النووي الإيراني"، فقد وقع وزير خارجية إيران جواد ظريف اتفاقا مع الغرب يوم 14 يوليو/تموز 2015 تم بموجبه إيقاف التخصيب النووي الإيراني مقابل استرداد الأموال المحجوزة، والاعتراف بإيران طرفا سياسيا أساسيا في المنطقة، وإطلاق يدها في تغيير بنية الأمة وتركيبتها التاريخية، وتدمير وحدتها الثقافية.

الأداة الثالثة: إسرائيل
لقد حقق "المشروع الصهيوني" الذي صاغه هرتزل في مؤتمر بازل عام 1897 هدفه الأول عام 1948 بقيام دولة "العدو الإسرائيلي" على جزء من فلسطين، لكن "القيادة الصهيونية" كانت تتطلع باستمرار إلى تحقيق أحد هدفين: إما "إسرائيل الكبرى" التي تضم شرقي الأردن وأجزاء من سوريا والعراق والجزيرة العربية ومصر، وإما "إسرائيل العظمى" التي تجعل إسرائيل القوة العسكرية والاقتصادية الأولى في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وكانت هناك باستمرار تيارات أميركية ملتزمة بأمن إسرائيل وتطلعاتها منذ أن أصبحت أميركا القوة العظمى في العالم بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية.

وقد جسد "المحافظون الجدد" هذه القيادة الأميركية خير تجسيد، فاحتلال العراق يخدم إسرائيل أولا ثم أميركا ثانيا، لأنه ينهي أكبر قوة عسكرية مواجهة لإسرائيل متمثلة في الجيش العراقي قائد الجبهة الشرقية من جهة، ويفتت العراق إلى عدة دول عرقية وطائفية بعد أن اعتمد بول بريمر المحاصصة الطائفية في مجالس الحكم من جهة ثانية.

والآن: كيف ستستعمل "الفوضى الخلاقة" هذه الأدوات الثلاث؟ وما النتائج التي ستصل إليها؟
ستقوم "الفوضى الخلاقة" بإدارة عملية الصراع والتقاتل بين هذه الأدوات الثلاث، بحيث تجعلها لا تهدأ، فكلما هدأت جبهة أشعلت أخرى، وكلما ضعف طرف قوّته بإحدى الطرق ليستمر في القتال والتصارع، وإن التمعن في الأحداث السابقة منذ عام 1990 حتى الآن يجعلنا نتأكد من صحة الحكم السابق، وفي النهاية نسأل: ما الذي تريده أميركا من "الفوضى الخلاقة"؟

"نعتقد أن "الفوضى الخلاقة" لن تحقق أهدافها في "تطويع الإسلام"، والسبب في ذلك هو أن التصادم الذي يقع مفتعل في عمومه من قوى خارجية من جهة، وأن الإسلام يملك بناء متوازنا بين العقل والروح مما يجعله دينا عصيا على التطويع من جهة ثانية"

تريد أميركا تحقيق عدة أهداف، هي:
1- أن يستمر التقاتل بين الأطراف العربية والإسلامية بشكل مباشر وبأيد محلية، ويحدث التدمير، وتسيل أنهار الدماء، لكي تتعمق العداوات والفجوات بين مختلف الأطراف العربية والإسلامية، ولكي يتعب الجميع في النهاية، وكلما هدأت الحرب أشعلتها "الفوضى الخلاقة" عن طريق تحريض طرف على آخر، ومده بأسباب القتال.

والهدف في النهاية هو: إيجاد رأي عام ضاغط يصرح بأن الدين هو مبعث الاضطراب والخلل والتقاتل والفوضى والدماء، لذلك لا بد من تحييده، والتوصل إلى النتيجة التي توصل لها الغرب سابقا، وهي إبعاد الدين عن مجال الحياة، وحصره بين جدران المسجد، والتوصل إلى فصل الدين عن الدولة، وهذا ما حدث عند أوروبا بأن فصلت الكنيسة عن الدولة بعد القتال الدامي بين البروتستانت والكاثوليك والذي كانت أولى محطاته معاهدة وستفاليا عام 1648، التي أقرت بفصل الكنيسة عن الدولة لأول مرة بعد ثلاثين عاما من القتال بين البروتستانت والكاثوليك سالت فيها دماء كثيرة، وكانت تلك البداية، ثم انتهت أوروبا إلى فصل الدين عن الدولة، وتريد "الفوضى الخلاقة" أن توصلنا إلى تلك النتيجة من خلال التقاتل بين كل الأطراف دينيا ومذهبيا وعرقيا.

2- تقديم أسوأ صورة عن الإسلام من خلال النموذج الذي تقدمه "داعش" للإسلام، ثم جعل دعاة النموذج الإسلامي بشكل عام لا يجدون قبولا لدعوتهم لدى جمهور الناس، نتيجة صورة "نموذج داعش" الذي علق في أذهانهم وعقولهم، وهو نموذج في منتهى السوء والوحشية والتخلف واللا معقولية.

3- ستكون إسرائيل هي المستفيد الأساسي المباشر من أعمال هذه "الفوضى الخلاقة"، ومثال ذلك ما رأيناه من تدمير الكيميائي لدى النظام السوري، وقد جاء هذا التدمير ثمرة لصفقة روسية أميركية، تم بموجبها تنازل النظام السوري عن هذا السلاح مقابل عدم إسقاطه من قبل أميركا، بعد استعماله لهذا السلاح في قتل آلاف السوريين في الغوطة الشرقية في أغسطس/آب 2013.

إننا نعتقد أن "الفوضى الخلاقة" لن تحقق أهدافها في "تطويع الإسلام"، والسبب في ذلك هو أن التصادم الذي يقع مفتعل في عمومه من قوى خارجية من جهة، وأن الإسلام يملك بناء متوازنا بين العقل والروح مما يجعله دينا عصيا على التطويع من جهة ثانية، في حين أن الأيديولوجيات والأديان التي طوعتها الرأسمالية الغربية لم تمتلك هاتين الصفتين من جهة ثالثة
