Further more; This is
the preview for the company
We have a privately held alternative asset management and Investment
banking firm, headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Since its inception in 2003,
Churchill and Associates has grown to over $7 billion in assets under
management. In addition, the principles of the firm have completed over $150
million in investment banking transactions worldwide.
Our focus is on small to
mid-size and growth companies operating in dynamic industries. The larger
investment firms continue to demand significant deal sizes and fees, leaving
the middle market companies without high quality investment banking execution.
Churchill & Associates is meeting this growing need and filling the middle
market void. The firm targets transactions in the $5 million - $500 million
range.
During its first three
years of existence, Churchill & Associates' bankers have lead, sold or co
managed successful public equity offerings for dozens of clients, raising
approximately $100 million of public equity and PIPE capital from major
buy-side institutions around the world with strong after market results. In
addition, the firm has successfully advised management groups in acquiring divisions
or subsidiaries of publicly traded companies via private equity sponsored
buyouts, raised more than $50 million in public transactions and private
senior, subordinated and equity capital, and advised on more than $45.8 million
of merger and acquisition related transactions.
Current Opportunities
We offer the Accredited
Investors, Hedge Funds and other institutional investors the opportunity to
participate in our alternative investments on a per transaction basis or via an
alternative fund. Our per transaction investment structures allows the investor
to review each management buyout or PIPE transaction on its own merits and
decide if they wish to invest. Alternatively our current fund structures allow
investors the opportunity to participate in numerous opportunities while
diversifying risk at the same time. If you are an accredited investor or
institution that would like information about our alternative investments.
Project Finance
Project finance is the
long term financing of infrastructure and industrial projects based upon the
projected cash flows of the project rather than the balance sheets of the
project sponsors.
Projects are among the
most complex and challenging transactions to finance because a successful
structure must be fully consistent with the fundamental features of the project
and, at the same time, satisfy the requirements of the financial markets.
We can provide all of the financial resources and expertise required for a
successful project financing. Our contribution to your project include:
innovative ideas, skilled specialists, local knowledge and access to capital.
Customizing our services to your unique requirements, we will develop and
execute a financing that will maximize the economic value of your project.
