 we are working direct with several private equity funds with an investment focus on middle east/north Africa region with total assets under management approx… $800MM. Below is brief synopsis of the fund’s strategy:

1. Equity investments in small and mid-cap (market capitalization of between $300 million and $2 billion) companies in Energy and Water Industrial and Technology sectors in Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, West Bank;

2. Investment in the Middle East and Africa in a wide range of sectors, including transportation and logistics, waste management, agriculture, chemicals, and building materials;

3. Growth equity investment strategy focusing on small and medium size businesses in Jordan (i.e. pharmaceuticals, insurance, telecommunications, education and aviation sectors….etc.)

Our Source is a privately held alternative asset management and Investment banking firm, headquartered in Atlanta, GA. During its first three years of existence, Churchill & Associates' bankers have lead, sold or co managed successful public equity offerings for dozens of clients, raising approximately $100 million of public equity and PIPE capital from major buy-side institutions around the world with strong after market results. In addition, the firm has successfully advised management groups in acquiring divisions or subsidiaries of publicly traded companies via private equity sponsored buyouts, raised more than $50 million in public transactions and private senior, subordinated and equity capital, and advised on more than $45.8 million of merger and acquisition related transactions.

Current Opportunities

We offer the Accredited Investors, Hedge Funds and other institutional investors the opportunity to participate in our alternative investments on a per transaction basis or via an alternative fund. Our per transaction investment structures allows the investor to review each management buyout or PIPE transaction on its own merits and decide if they wish to invest. Alternatively our current fund structures allow investors the opportunity to participate in numerous opportunities while diversifying risk at the same time.
